So what's so special about this palette?
This palette is one of the family Shu Uemura Blossom Spring Collection 2013 Collection.
"re-discover the joy of shu uemura’s professional atelier of color with three new special edition matte textured refills in charming pastel shades in a refillable quad custom case. Now everyone can easily achieve pro-level make-up gradation, color payoff, and ultra-smooth matte texture.
“Matte texture gives a more soothing, warm, and soft impression than pearl or glitter textures. Even when exposed to a strong light, matte texture maintains its true color. Pale, soft, and warm colors are best suited to matte textures.”
As soothing as a dreamy blue sky-an amplified aqua blue and delicate lilac shade that will leave a cool, feminine impression. Blue and violet gradation creates a rather cool spring look. Use yellow as the highlight and accent.
This palette also including a mirror inside which covered with a sticky plastic to protect the mirror. You can peel it off, though. But look at those stars which is too cute to be removed (´･ω･｀) So this is my reason why I still don't peel it off until today.
This palette contains five matte eyeshadows in different colours, with two larger base shades and three smaller accent shades. I prefer the square eyeshadows palette over these long, so I think this palette will be enough for about six or seven eyeshadows (*´▽｀*)
The shades in this palette include :
- UB 1 : light, nude beige
- UB 2 : soft, butter yellow
- UB 3 : pastel, sky blue
- UB 4 : vibrant, aqua blue
- UB 5 : pale, delicate lilac

I think, they're not pigmented enough, except the ocean blue one. On my eyelid, all of them are just become sheer, yet the ocean blue is still buildable and the colour can be popping instead of another four shades. Need for an eyeshadow base before applying these eyeshadows to make the colours more stands out and long lasting on the eyelid.
